"Looking for those around you (and yourself) to be 'perfect', so that you can feel safe, can easily lead to judgment. If you want to find freedom, make your life about being fundamentally happy, instead of safe. Second, if you are willing to look for evidence of your & their willingness to find deeper understanding, then compassion will replace judgment."

Hey there friends,
To expect those around you to be perfect, is generally a symptom that you likely do that to yourself as well. Let me ask you..... according to whose definition of perfect is your safety or happiness truly dependent on everything being a certain way? Can you make your life about something other than getting it perfect, or having someone else get it right?
Your flow - When someone else judges you, remember, it's not yours.....it started over there. All that matters is congruence with your own heart. You may or may not need to take responsibility for a mess......learn, grow, accept and move on........they may not. Big deal. Be the change.
Let Go of the Oars – I wonder what would happen in the world if we took all the energy we used to avoid judgment, judge, get it right, validate ourselves or feel safe and used it to look for evidence of beauty, find compassion for things that are sub-optimal, search for signs of love, and laugh at our wonderful humanness? World peace? I'm just saying.....................
Thanks for not judging me, as I took a 2 week break.....did you miss me?......
