Hey there friends,


Interesting as we blossom forward into 2012, how much is coming up for many of us.  For me personally, I have seen places in my life where I thought I was caring for someone when I actually was simply wanting them to 'not dislike me' or being uncomfortable with my perception of their struggle.   Trust me when I say, in the end it never serves them or you.


Your Flow: Would you be willing to love yourself enough to find your centre, be true to your heart, and to  leave entanglement with others behind?  It's time to live our lives purely from integrity to the heart.  Imagine letting go of the interesting expectations we place on others ...  expectations we often misinterpret as expressions of love.  Imagine letting go of their expectations of us to assist them in ways that actually sabotage their own ability to fly.


Thought I would start the year with a little loving tree shaking......


Let Go of the Oars: Happy New Year and carry your groceries, or someone else's groceries if it serves.....but not their baggage...just saying!
