It's All Coming Up

"It's all coming up, every incongruency within you, every entanglement with another, and every person that we've been carrying.  It's no longer about being liked, needing someone else to make us happy, or playing the victim. It is about remembering who you are.  Your job is to get off the ego's 'win/lose' playing field, and shine even brighter in the land of 'everybody wins'. " Jennifer Hough

Hi there friends,

Interesting...  I was up at my Mum and Dad's this weekend hanging out, and we had such wonderful conversations about when they were growing up and stuff.  Fun to see your parents as kids again.  My Dad had come back from a morning meeting where he watched a ted.com video about an amazing scientist doing cool work around how changing your perceptions, you change your reality (in a manner of speaking)....and the miracle of how supported we are as human beings...and ultimately how loved we are by the Universe.  I had the opportunity to say to my Dad, "You know, this is a full circle moment.  I was always a little hesitant to tell you exactly what I do for a living because I thought you might not understand and now life made it so I don't have to."   He said, "I actually told the guy that this is what my daughter does for a living".  I didn't even know that he knew that's what I did!  I love it!

Let Go of the Oars: When we let go of trying so so hard to get our way, have people see, justify ourselves or get approval, we end up with the Universal 'or better' every time.

In the Flow: That was fun to let go of, what's next?  Oh, and Dad, thanks for sharing that awesome video

Oh, and I promise not to know you so that I can really discover you.....that way we both win (and it's more fun)

How are you doing with letting go of the old?

The well known axiom of Heraclitus "Panta Rhei" was made known to me yesterday by a good friend. "All things are fluid and in constant change". To be on this planet and live in flow, is to be comfy with change. How are you doing with letting go of the old to bring on the new? Hold it all loosely!! - J. Hough

Hi there friends,

To the ego, it seems like it's sometimes  all a little too much.  For YOU (the connected infinite you), you can play with all of it effortlessly.  It's just like skiing (I just did it for the first time in 8 years), if you lean away from gravity, you cannot steer, but if you lean down the mountain, you get to fully enjoy, steer, say how it goes, and even temporarily stop.....because you are engaged with what nature is giving you.  Wahooo!

I was hiking up a mountain yesterday too, and I noticed that I was climbing the steeper slope instead of taking a level path just around the bend......it was just as beautiful, enjoyable, and I didn't have to justify my existence by doing it the 'hard' or 'my' way, when life offered me such simplicity without the necessity for fear.

Let Go of the Oars: Lean in, and join your life in what it is presenting you......far more momentum and juiciness in the flow than out.

Lean in a little bit more, shhhhh, I'm gonna whisper in your ear.....WAHOOOOO, GAME ON!
(oops, did I say that out loud?)

What if We Could Manifest Everything Now?

"Impatience is an invention of the ego to take you out of the game, and has us thinking that we need to know what to do next instead of living in wonder. Excitement is about the adventure of not knowing most things, except that the Universe loves you enough to have life be so much better than you could ever anticipate." - J. HOUGH

Hi there gorgeous,

I was so excited to post a blog last week, but got a little impatient, then I realized that sending it now is perfect. Impatience is actually an invention of our ego's.  What you're really feeling is the exhilaration of the inevitability your greatest dreams beyond what your mind thinks it knows.  It's how the ego takes you out of the blossoming adventurous ride!

Your Flow: Would you be willing to enjoy the blossoming forth even though you don't know?  Sounds like more fun.

I'm always excited to connect with you.......and know it's all in perfect timing (rather than our ego's timing....)
